Just started today and my renewal was successful yesterday as I am on automattic renewals.

Thanks have contacted CS and they are working on it......no solution yet.

If your account has been successfully renewed and your account shows as Active, try rebooting your phone (turn off, wait a while, turn on).
If it still does not work, contact agent for an update as PM might have issues in some areas.

Does text and data work?
There have been about 5-6 posts the last 2 days with similar issue. Likely a PM service issue. I have informed management and see what their response is. For couple of customers, it just started to work after a while. You could contact customer service agent.

@meandean Try to reset network setting and reboot the device see if that helps
