My account got suspended so I tried reactivating, there's enough money in my account it just wont go through, I feel like I've tried everything, I've added a dollar into my account, and I tried suspended my account through lost/stolen phone and reactivating it again, removing my card and adding it again, but nothing has worked, please help. Also when I have tried paying for my plan it says there's already sufficient funds, I just don't know why it won't renew

So you see a balance of $15 now? Does your account status possibly say Lost/stolen? If not then click on the reactivate button which will take you to the payment screen. At this point it might reactivate. Check to see if you now have a $0 balance.
Restart your phone and see if any services work.

PM server wants full $15 payment without taking your rewards into account because your account will not earn any reward while it was suspended for 1 month. Add $3 to your account and click the "Reactivate current plan" link to get your phone working ASAP.

I suggest putting another $3 in. Your rewards should have already been put in. You need more money.

@nicoal Make sure you are clearing the cache/cookies and using incognito/privacy mode or even another fresh browser before trying to reactivate the account.

What is your balance and what plan are you on? If your balance isn't enough to pay your plan then you need to manually pay. Use the Other option, not Amount due.

@nicoal You need to first Resume service (from Lost/Stolen option) and then you should see the Reactivate option to reactivate the account.

Yes, I've tried the reactivate on the overview page and yes I've resumed service after suspending thought lost/stolen phone

Well my plan expired in May 15th, after I tried those things to fix it, I thought if I waited a month maybe it would work but it's still not

Your account could be going through the regular renewal process. It will look like plan is Suspended...but as long as you have $$ in Available Funds or a credit card set to Autopay...all will be well in the morning.
Your phone should still be working right now.

Is your renewal date tomorrow? If your phone is still working…there will be a standard notice if you are on AutoPay or have sufficient funds to ignore the message and your Account will show Expired or Suspended. No worries.
It will disappear after your renewal date.

@nicoal Topping up the account or using the lost/stolen trick should have activated the account.
Did you also click the Reactivate option top right of overview page? Might need to do that a couple of times and then log out and reboot the phone.
edit: BTW, you did go back and Resume service if you had Suspended the account via Lost/Stolen Phone?
