Hi there,
So I can't seem to send pics when I text.
Is there a way to fix it?
Thank you

Restarting your device just reboots the OS and powers up your phone. Your apps will still be in place.

Why is my post listed as an "accepted solution"?? I'm actually asking a question.

Is there a way I can reboot my phone without deleting my apps, texts and music on YouTube music?

Are you able to tell us how we accomplish this on an iPhone running iOS 12? There is no setting beyond the APN server name.

Thanks @Quincy1
Personally, I see both 4D4F and 4D for MVNO value. I think both work

softech's information is nearly the same as the info that finally got my MMS to work earlier today, except for the very last line, which should be Mobile Virtual Network Operator Value: 4D4F
Here are the full set of values stated by the APN.now website for Public Mobile on the OnePlus 11 (which has twice helped me more than these forums):
Name: Public Mobile (or whatever you want it to be)
APN: sp.mb.com
Proxy:
Port:
Username:
Password:
Server:
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMS Proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS Port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
Authentication type:
APN type: default,mms,supl,fota,hipri
Mobile virtual network operator type: gid
Mobile virtual network operator value: 4D4F</p>
(Keep default values for all blank fields shown above.)
Make sure you hit Save (More...>Save at the bottom of my APN settings screen) then reboot phone and go back to APN settings to make sure your new APN is the selected one, and try to send a MMS to yourself.

Ok check the settings to see if they match and if not delete and enter again, reboot phone.

did you just update the OS to Android 14? There has been some issue with OnePlus after the Android upgrade
With OnePlus, there might be a bit more work than simply updating. Many confirmed that you need to delete the current APN profile first. Then Add new profile and add according to this, please note case-sensitive and do not add extra spaces. Remember to save the new APN and then reboot the phone before you try
APN: sp.mb.com
(or try all upper case SP.MB.COM)
Proxy:
Port:
Username: <blank>
Password: <blank>
Server:
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mb/mmsc
MMS Proxy: mmscproxy.mobility.ca
MMS Port: 8799
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
Authentication Type: Not Set
APN Type: default,supl,mms
or default,mms,agps,supl,fota,hipri
(might need to include DUN for hotspot, please note case sensitive)
APN protocol: IPv4
APN roaming protocol: IPv4
APN enable/disable: APN enabled
or Turn APN on/off APN turned on
Bearer: Unspecified
MVNO (Mobile virtual network operator) type: GID
MVNO (Mobile virtual network operator)value: 4D

your phone might be affected by this announcement:

HI @Yossy107
PM just updated the MMS system. Phone older than 2015 won't have MMS support anymore. How old is your phone?

What type of phone do you have? There is a message regarding apn settings on phone prior to 2015.
Check see if this could be why.
