I subscribed $34 plan last night, and transfered my number, but I felt something was wrong always. I still can't receive my imessage properly. Can you test or check my number to see everything is correct?

if you can , then reboot your phone first, click Reset Network Settings

Make sure your data is turned on. iMessages require data services.
Also, go into network settings, turn off automatic and choose Public Mobile and reboot. If that doesn't work, please create a ticket as there were problems before with it and may needs some attention again.
