I received your email with promo code but when I subscribe and enter the promo code, it always says invalid. Why?
I subscribed $34 plan last night, and transfered my number, but I felt something was wrong always. I still can't receive my imessage properly. Can you test or check my number to see everything is correct? 
I scaned my welcome email the QR code try to install my eSIM, But it's said can't active my eSIM. What can i do next?
