I received your email with promo code but when I subscribe and enter the promo code, it always says invalid. Why?

if you can make outgoing call, just not incoming, the porting was not done.  did you get a porting authorization text from your old provider and you replied yes within 90 mins?

there is a porting assistance team you can call and ask for update.  I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox.  Please check and call them

What is the PM sim? After transferring my number, my incoming calls are still having issues — the phone doesn’t ring and goes straight to voicemail. It’s been two days, I can’t use my phone yet.

the referral code is not a $10 deduction at activation.  It is a credit in your account within 72 hours after activation

But first, you put in the PM sim and you have full service yet?

I don’t know how to operate it. Your system is complicated. Also I have a referral code. When I did my subscription, I saw the referral code was entered, But after subscribing, there’s no indication that the referral code took effect. I don’t know how to ask to fix these problems.

what Promo code is that? a WinBack code? or where you got it from?

I think if it is a Winback, you need to use the same email address to setup My Account

What you can do is to activate first, then submit a ticket with PM agent and ask them to add it back after

is that a Promo code or Friend Referral?  There are two boxes on the Payment page, please choose the correct one
