I am unable to submit a ticket

No matter what I try, I cannot login with my community account at the submit a ticket screen. I get the repeated error: "Error signing in"

Reset password, use username, use email, clear cache, use new browser. Nothing works. Suggestions?

You will still have to somehow prove you are the account owner.

@kayargh , are you stuck at Step 3 Verify your identity? If so select the second option which seems to work for me.

Verify with 4-digit My Account PIN

 

Edit: @kayargh , please let us know if you were able to submit a support ticket to a CSA.

Just so it's clear, when you get to the ticket screen, you first log in with your community credentials (yes even though you're already here) and then you can choose to 1. log in with your account credentials, 2. use your 4 digit account pin, 3. verify by answering some questions. I prefer #2.

Or just send a private message to cs_agent. Then you'll have to answer some questions.

Not sure what to tell you. Literally tried a new browser. Tried a different computer. Tried to refresh. Using computer, laptop, and phone. All same result.

It definitely works. I just tried.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

To Contact CSA-agent there are 2 methods:

Ticket has to be opened through chatbot - https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.

If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

Agent’s response is usually between 15 and 120 minutes with a ticket. Private messaging might take longer.

Watch for envelope in top right corner of Community page. It will show Number of unread emails.

try logging in on a laptop..but first select incognito mode. See if that helps.
