No matter what I try, I cannot login with my community account at the submit a ticket screen. I get the repeated error: "Error signing in"Reset password, use username, use email, clear cache, use new browser. Nothing works. Suggestions?
I'm struggling to activate a sim card. It fails every time. I try to submit a ticket but it won't let me login with my username and/or email address to submit a ticket. I'm not sure where to go from here.
Not sure what to tell you. Literally tried a new browser. Tried a different computer. Tried to refresh. Using computer, laptop, and phone. All same result.
