I am sick of trying to get into account.

I am about 5 mins  away from cancelling. It should not be this difficult to get into my account.

Are there no real people I can speak to?

I would suggest you keep your password (in the Note app) in your phone or write it down and keep it somewhere safe.

Hi @Noni2 ,  sorry to hear you are having issues. It can be frustrating if you are stuck and a bit unclear of the next steps to access your information.

 

We are all customers and members, like you, here on the community forum. Sorry, there is no phone number to call. Others have provided you methods to contact Public Mobile customer support (CSA). CSA is communicated to by a ticket messaging system and through Private Messages under the envelope at the top right of the community page.

 

Have you ever created a self serve account before, if not you can register for one here:

If you have had access to your Self Serve account before, but now having issues see other members posts to submit a ticket to CSA for help.

HI@Noni2   Trust me, just open ticket as what I suggested, it's not bad

 

if you find it confusing, then just private message them and then keep checking your Community inbox for CS Agent reply

HI @Noni2   Don't cancel because of access to account, it is an easy unlock and password reset process.  Just open ticket 

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

 

  1. First type: "Forgot log in information"
  2. Then Click "Contact Us"
  3. Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
    you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

Real people can be reached by either ticket or personal mail.

If you tried too many times to log in to your PM account it might be temporary locked. Try ini 1h or contact agent for assistance.

 

To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

@Noni2 Are you using a different account sign in than the one used here for the Community? The two accounts are different and need different log ins.
