Hi, due to a credit card change, my autopay did not go through so it seems that my plan has been suspended. I have just added the new credit card info. Am I supposed to do anything else?

@Hero9551  yes, you need to make a manual payment to reactivate the plan. (Autopay won't automatically triggered again after a failed attempt)

Just head to Payment page, click one time payment.  Best is to use the option "Other (enter the desired payment amount)" and manually enter the plan amount

Once payment goes through, click Reactivate current plan if the button is there

Logoff from My Account and reboot the phone
