Hello,
I purchased an iPhone 15 which is compatible only with esim. I currently have an iPhone 11. I would like to transfer the physical sim card into an eSim. It is important to me to keep the same phone number and the same plan. I downloaded the app on my new phone but I am unable to find any option to switch to esim.
Thank you

@ldevo012 , below is how I did it on my iPhone 14 Pro!
For Existing Customers:
(I had my data on plus my Wi-Fi was turned on & connected to my home internet to be sure I had all connections while doing this)
I received an email notifying me that my SIM Card changed.
‘I can not stress this enough… please be patient when installing the eSIM’.

"but you sure you want to use eSIM? with physical, you can move the sim around phones for free"
It sounds like it is not a Canadian iPhone since it is e-sim only

hi @ldevo012
you need to use app to buy
on your new iPhone 15, download the app, login and Subscription & Add-ons and buy eSIM there
but you sure you want to use eSIM? with physical, you can move the sim around phones for free. For eSIM, every phone change is a $5 cost , even you wipe the phone or accidentially deleted the eSIM, you need to re-buy. eSIM is just cool, not good

First, download the app, click ⊕ on the bottom left to bring up the menu and go to Subscription & Add-on page, scroll down to the bottom and click Shop SIM Card Now. You can buy and install eSIM from there
