When the incoming calls stop on the previous provider’s SIM card and/or landline/voip account, that is a good indication the port is complete.

Log in to your account and go to profile and transfer the number. Read all the fine print bits. Be aware that voip services usually take several days.

@treker First check that number can be ported to PM
Check to see if # can be ported

If it can be ported you can do this on activation of a new sim from PM . Or do it after your activated a temp number with PM from your profile page in your account . Notice transfer number under the first red circle in pic . And only use the account number from old provider . Don’t give the IMEI ad it not needed and tends to cause more hiccups then it’s worth @treker
