@alexandrajwhyt1 You try to use Forgot Password link ( https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/ ) to reset the password? But you will need to remember your Security question to self reset it
If you are unable to reset your password and/or you need to reset your PIN, you can open ticket with PM Support and they can sort both issues for you:
1. For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".

You created your pin# when you activated. If you cannot remember your security question and answer contact customer support to get the pa. They can reset your account pin# after you answer the extra verification questions. Type "password reset" and "human" and follow the prompts to submit your ticket via SIMon.
Keep an eye on your private message box the envelope icon next to your avatar at the top right corner of your screen for a little number to pop up indicating a reply from a CSA. Responding promptly will speed up service times but expect a reply within an hour of the opening hour of customer support at 6am eastern.
