@Remember   Since Community account has no relationship with My Account login, what you suggested is just a guess, hopefully it is.. Your original reply did not explain this at all.  This is the same as suggesting others " Check your Bank profile and see which email you used".  It could be the same, many people use the same email for everything important, Bank, Phone, Hydro...

There isn't any way to know if the customer used that same e-mail address for Self Serve.

Just try the most obvious e-mail addresses it could be using the forgot password option in the login page.

 

When you get a response from Public Mobile to reset the credentials, then you've entered the correct e-mail address username.

HI@Jamiep65   check many email address you have received any PM email earlier, that would likely be the one

 

You tried to use Reset Password there?    

 

If you tried different ones in Reset Password and still not receive the email from PM ,open ticket with CS agent at

: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

 

First type: "Forgot log in information"
Then Click "Contact Us"
Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

to Login to your Self-Serve use your email if you don't know what email do reset password and trying what your email id,

you don't know, open a ticket with PM CS_Agent. at https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. and ask ask them or chnage email,

type: Contact Us and Other 
Finally Click here to submit a ticket
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

If you have error submitting a ticket, send a private message to CS_Agent https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

check inbox(top right corner envelope icon) for response from CS_Agent

Your email is your 'user name' for PM account. For Community it is what you see on top on your post.

Login your account and it is under your Profile in email (if you have multiple email addresses).
