@deighanmoseph if you know the 4 digits pin, change to login with PIN at that point

Only agent can update your email
To Contact CSA-agent; there are 2 methods:

Ticket has to be opened through chatbot - https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
Having a ticket is preferred way to contact agent as they might respond faster then receiving personal mail.
If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

@deighanmoseph - you can still log in with the old email if you know the password.
But to change the email, only CSA can do that for you.
