@CS_Agent I need to request processing of payment so I can get the use of my phone back. It stopped working this morning. My credit card expires at the end of month and the new card is in the mail. I added another card on, but there seems to be no way of requesting a payment processing now so I can have use of my phone again.
I hate the AI support. It is entirely useless!

Trying the payment many times will cause lockout. Try tomorrow or buy a voucher from a store. Some gas stations and convenience stores sell the Public Mobile voucher or recharge.com sells them too.

Tried submitting a ticket only to be told that there's an error and I cannot submit a ticket. LOL Not sure if the savings of using Public Mobile are worth this trouble.

While that can be done to make a payment, the expiry date of the old credit card isn't relevant as the customer has already changed to a different card. Also, it appears that customer has already paid.

The system is slow. The option to pay now finally showed up. This should be fixed. The AI support is useless by the way. Useless. Sends you in circles.

If I click on payments, there is option showing up to pay now. It also says nothing is owing, but when I try to use my phone I get a message telling me have no subscription.

Login My Account on the browser using Incognito mode first.
then copy and paste this link to access the payment page:
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card
make a manual payment to renew service. After payment is made, reboot the phone

I am logged into my account and there is no option to pay.

Payments at PM are self serving.
Log in into your account and manually pay if autopay failed. Another option is to purchase and then apply voucher to your account.
