Did you find a way? Im having an awful time trying to get my card (scotiabank) to work? it wont accept it and im going to end up losing my number if i cant get help 😞 does anyone know if i can do a auto payment so it automatically comes out

Thank you. i have been trying off and on for over a week , i have tried from my app and from my desk top and on incognito. Ive called my bank and my card has no issues. My account has been suspended but not near the 90 days yet. I have no idea what to do other than get a voucher , but shouldn't this stuff be looked into and improved , thanks for your help 🙂

PM payment system is glitchy sometimes

Usually we will ask people to  wait a day or even longer before you try again.  When you try, try using both Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser and try with Public Mobile app (with Location Permission enabled) 

but  your plan has already expired , best to get it renew first. Buy a voucher from Shoppers drug mart or Loblaws or No Frills and then load the voucher using *611 or My Account

This is the full list of retails that you can buy vouchers.  Vouchers in some stores need to wait 24 hours, but vouchers from Shoppers and Loblaws can be redeemed immediately:
