How can I pay in the app

My payment didn’t go through, the service is not available (no voice no data), yet I don’t see it in the app or under my account in the browser and not able to make payment

What should I do

Thank you! This worked for me. I don't know why this page is hidden on their website. It shouldn't be this difficult to pay for a bill.

@Igal_Sc if you have not setup your pin yet, you need to use this link to setup/update the account pin.  Once set, you can make payment using *611

@Igal_Sc The option to do manual payment seems to have disappeared from within the account but you can access it below: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card

@Igal_Sc  click the pencil next to PIN password and update and make the 4 digit PIN what you will remember

I’m trying to dial *611 to make a payment, but I don’t remember my pin 

I also don’t see an option to do so anywhere 

@Igal_Sc  Once you follow the link hit back button in payment page you will see the option when looking at your bill

Hello @Igal_Sc 

You can change your credit card information in the app and if that's not working, you can go to places like Shoppers Drug Mart and pick up a voucher. Then with your phone, dial 611 and add it to your account. Your phone will be up right away after a reboot. The come online using a computer and update your credit card.

you can also buy payment vouchers from shoppers drug mart and load it *611
