Helloi I have an issue with two accounts both mine and my wife’s accounts are showing 95% data used in just 6 days. she’s on 45Gb and I’m on 60Gb plansour usage didn’t changeis there an issue with the system?
My payment didn’t go through, the service is not available (no voice no data), yet I don’t see it in the app or under my account in the browser and not able to make paymentWhat should I do
