Unfortunately not enough info. The good news is if the usage is accurate is you’re likely to run out of data in the next day or so and the consumption will stop till your next billing period, there are no overage charges and you’re calling in/out should continue normally. If it’s a PM system reporting glitch then just relax and carry on.

Honestly, I don't know if that is correct. Check the Usage Breakdown and filter data history to see if it matches. If not, you can ask agent to check for you.

95% of my 60GB is showing as used

I find that over the last month or so a lot of people have been complaining about this excessive data message.
If you find that it doesn't apply to you amd you still have lots of data available, you can ignore it.
