I just signed up to Public Mobile yesterday. I screwed up and canceled my previous service plan before verifying my phone # with Public.
Public texted me a 6-digit code to verify my phone #, however I could not receive it because I was without service.
My previous phone service provider needs my Public account number to rectify this problem, but I cannot access it. I’m stuck! Help!

Open a Ticket through chatbot. This is preferred and fastest way to get help from PM staff.
Message agent ONLY if ticketing does not work.
