When will I see the reward in my account?

 

Also the friend I referred to is supposed to get a 2 gb bonus too?

@cellphoneuser1 thanks, I wasn’t specific…it is in Transaction History Section under Rewards Community.

You should also get a text from PM indicating you got a friend referral discount.

The $1 reward should appear on your overview and rewards page immediately after activation. The Cha-ching text from 611 is currently being sent out at 2pm eastern (usually the next day). Your friend should see the $10 bonus referral credit within 72 hours but usually the next day. If they don't get the $10 within 72 hours or they do get it but your $1 reward doesn't show up have your friend contact customer support to check the referral code that was entered.

 

**There has been a few new customers recently that have confirmed they had entered the referral code during activation but for some reason it did not get applied and a CSA had to enter again manually.

@BKNS27 Referral added isn't in transaction history.  It's shown in Rewards. Transaction history only shows it after a renewal.

You can check your Self Serve account and look under Transaction History to see if the $1/month discount is added into your account.

As for your friends one time $10 discount, they should also check in their Self Serve account in Transaction History and it should also be added. If they entered in the wrong Referral Code, they should contact a PM CS Agent by clicking on the SIMon chat button ad type in Create a Ticket so they will look into it for them.

 @nerdybooboo : Yeah they have to be correct.

O or 0 = the oh is wider

l or 1 = depends on the font but easily mis-typed

Z or 2 = handwritten

S or 5 = same

4 or 9 = again the font and sometimes when handwritten the 4 can look like a 9

7 can sometimes be handwritten to look like a 2

 

So when you give out your code be sure to clarify that oh hey that O is an oh not a zero.

@nerdybooboo   you don't need to post your code here.  In fact,  we are not allowed to post our code here.  Please click on the 3 dots to remove it.

 

It's too late now if your friend entered the wrong code.  But, if that is the case, ask your friend to open the ticket with PM as I mentioned in my earlier post

 

to confirm if your code has a 0 or o, maybe use a notepad..

 

if your copy the code correctly, yours is an  o   and not a zero

I'm not sure if it's a zero or the letter "o" in my code now...

 @nerdybooboo : Did you copy/paste your referral code and entered it into the activation page? Or did you write it down and gave it to the friend? Or even copy/pasted and sent somehow? Maybe some letters and numbers got mixed up like an oh instead of a zero etc.

@nerdybooboo   you should see the $1 Friend Referral on the same day.  In fact,  you might even get a text from PM on the same day (or the day after, I think

 

Your friend should see the $10 in his account as Available Fund within 72 hours.  If it is still missing after 72 hours, your friend should use Chatbot to open ticket and have PM Agent to add it back for both of you

 

  1. Type: My rewards are missing,
  2. click on "Refer A friend",
  3. click on "Yes, I'm the referred customer',
  4. click "Click here to submit a ticket" .
  5. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

 

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

The $1 reward is supposed to show in your account immediately.

 

For the 2GB bonus data, that can take a couple of days to appear in the new customer's account.
