The Chat Bot still answers back on this bottom tab and when I call the current number I have says 1V1 the client you are trying to reach is not available.

Try calling someone or texting and ask them it it's the right number. If not contact PM using the orange text bubble on the bottom right. Type in customers service agent

@ERMathew did you try on the Public Mobile app? If yes, try logging on from the website as there may be caching issues.
