@Maverick4   still have problem?  check my reply above.  Just a little bit of work if the accounts were just suspended.  Just need to get back to My account and then update the card and pay. 

 

Even you have forgotten your login, I have the steps above to engage PM Support to reset the password for you

HI @Maverick4   best to get vouchers from Shoppers drug mart , their vouchers can be loaded immediately

You can also get it from 711 or Shell, their vouchers can be used at once too

where do I get a voucher at what store

HI @Maverick4   quickest way is to get a voucher from store, you will need two different ones, one of each account.

Then use *611 to load the voucher to resume the service

@Maverick4   first, you need to login to My Account for each of the 2 accounts.  If you don't know the login, open ticket with PM support, they will sort out the 2 logins and help to reset password

 

1.  Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

 

 

Once you got can login My Account, you can then go to Payment page ,  Manage Payment Method, Update Card Information to update the credit card and then make the payment

@Maverick4 @You have to be able to sign into pm , and go to my profile to edit cc I for and change password and pin etc.

Ok but here is what I need to do change my CC number to pay for 2 phones that were shut down because unknown to me my CC did not work. Can you get me to the area to pay these 2 bills and get phones working again please

@Maverick4 @after clearing web browser , you may have to wait n hour before getting back in unfortunately

How do u get help from Simon when you are locked out and your email and PE do not work

@Maverick4 @have you tried clearing your web browser cache / cookies and go try to sign back in in incognito mode /private mode

I am having all sorts of trouble and thanks for answering me. 1I cannot get into my accn’t as it is frozen. 2 I can’t change my PW. 3 I have to access 2 other numbers that I pay for
