Hello,

I hope you are doing well.

I have multiple accounts with Public Mobile, and I am currently having trouble accessing one of them. Even though I am using the correct email address and password, I am unable to log in.

Account details:

  • Phone Number: ###-###-####

  • Email Address: ***@***

Could you please assist me with resetting the account or restoring access? I need to activate a new eSIM for my new phone.

For security reasons, I have not included my password in this email, but I can provide any additional verification information if required.

you are using different email addresses for your different acounts?

if you have multiple PM accounts, try login using browser with incognito mode.
