I hope you are doing well.
I have multiple accounts with Public Mobile, and I am currently having trouble accessing one of them. Even though I am using the correct email address and password, I am unable to log in.
Account details:

Email Address: ***@***
Could you please assist me with resetting the account or restoring access? I need to activate a new eSIM for my new phone.
For security reasons, I have not included my password in this email, but I can provide any additional verification information if required.
