Transfer number issues

Eight days ago I have transferred my number, i thought successfully from Rogers to Public Mobile. 
Only to notice today that I am not receiving calls nor texts. I am only making the calls and sending texts & have 5G.
I've also transferred 2 other numbers in the family and they went smoothly. 
Today I try my Rogers sim and its still working!
Called Rogers, they said they never got a reply to the transfer text, which I sent but for some reason did not register.
The only way is that Public Mobile need to send another transfer req which is not going through in the app.
 What can I do? 
I just opened a ticket.
Is there a number I can reach an agent?

Yes, A critical part to porting is to receive a text from your old provider and you have to reply YES within 90 mins.  

There is a number to call to talk to live support,  they can re-trigger the process for you.  I will message the number to you via the Community inbox ( https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage ) .  Check the envelope icon on top right.  Call them and get it fixed
