Have the points back decreased?

I was always getting 1.15 points per month, but in April, I only received 0.40. My plan has stayed the same, so I don't understand the reason for the decrease in points. Has anyone else noticed a drop in their monthly points?

If you have concerns over the points and feel they are incorrect, you may create a ticket for a CS Agent to investigate the reason why and adjust as needed.

@andy889  You only get points for actual money payment, so if you use points to decrease your bill you won't get points from the points.

did your plan get changed this past month ? Did you redeem points to pay for regular plan costs last time ?
