Overcharged for the monthly payment

  • I switched to Telus/Koodo in January this year. I just realized that I was being charged by both Telus and Public Mobile on January same time. Also I thought that I asked to use my rewards points to pay my monthly bills? How can I get my January payment back from Public Mobile?

you must have at least 20 Reward Points to redeem them for bill credit...do you have the 20 Reward Points already ?

hi @Bolin 

you are lucky, since Telus owns PM, they sometime can give you a one time credit to cover the lost of early port out as well as rewards port.  Check with Telus support direclty

If you switched within the same day of your Renewal then you will  be billed by Public Mobile also. The do not offer refund or credit. 

If you had cashed in your points, then you would stay until the points are fully used up as they are forfeited once you close your account or port out.
