I have been asking for full invoices for my account which include GST for the past 7 months. Why can't I access this easily off of my payment tab? Please help. I need invoices for the past 8 months as soon as possible or we are closing all 3 accounts with Public Mobile.

Hi Treefrog, where do you download the invoice from? Seems I am getting an even more limited page today.

To keep costs lower, Public mobile does not offer formal invoices (with GST) at the present time. Need to contact customer service agent. Some customers just do this once a year for accounting purposes instead of monthly. You can get invoice for a certain time period.
Public mobile is aware of customer's need to generate own invoices. This improvement is on the road map for future improvements of then self service account. Timeline is unknown. Of course, this does not help you right now.

For past invoices that include GST you have to contact customer support. But if you're like me and you need them to submit to your employer I just make sure I pay my upcoming bill ahead of time and download the invoice when I pay and it includes the GST any PST your name and address, phone number and Public Mobile account number. The accounting at work has no problem accepting these invoices when I submit them. It beats waiting for invoices from pm afterwards.

I guess PM service is geared to people who are after good service and low price and do not care a lot about seeing taxes as part of bill/statement.
You could ask agent if they can provide bill you require.

@40Mile sorry, the download payment history feature on My Account won't include tax
For proper invoices with tax, please open ticket with PM support. Please note it might take 2 or 3 week for them to prepare
1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:
