On Black Friday I purchased a plan for $35 / 50GB CAN US MEX which includes calling features shown above in my existing plan.
There are now 2 new options at $35. Both are CAN US MEX. One has 500min long distance at my current 50GB, the other has 1000 min long distance with 75GB
Question is: The two new plans seem identical except one offers an extra 500min long distance and an extra 25GB for the same price. Why is the lesser plan even an option? Who would choose less long distance and less GB for the same price? Am I missing something else different about these plans?
The only thing I noticed is my current plan lists included calling features and the two new $35 plans do not list calling features. Do all plans include calling features even if they are not listed?
Thanks for your insight.
Cheers

My plan just changed to the $35 for 50GB Canada, US, Mexico on Dec 16. Yesterday I was able to get the 75GB plan for $35.

@dkalapos If you tap on each plan it shows that they have the same calling features. The difference may be that the 75GB plan is only temporary so will disappear around the 31st leaving the 50GB, just a guess. PM does things like this sometimes. Are both shown as an option when you are logged in to your account and look at "change subscription"? If you do decide to change, make sure to select "change on renewal" and not "change now" or you will lose what's left of your current plan with no pro-rated refund.
EDITED to add, no $35 plans are available to me when logged in to my account, so that's another thing, new activations only unless perhaps you are below that plan value only.

Hi @dkalapos all PM plans include the basics. Voicemail, forwarding , call display etc so no worries there. There are subtle differences in some plans, true, as they are targeting deals to users based on current plan, and recommendations. Downsizing is not offered frequently but some people just don’t need the extras.
