Hi,
I want to port out my PM number to Freedom, waited 12 hours and did not receive the authorization SMS from my PM number.
Anyone can help me get a call back? I sent a support ticket yesterday but no one has reached out to me yet.

I got the same issue. I put in second request still not working. How to resolve this issue? Thanks

Porting out of PM can be difficult sometimes. I'd reach out to Freedom and ask them to send another porting request.
