no need to argue with people like this.  Pretty sure that post will be gone before end of day today

Hi @Vsong1966   what did you do ?  did you try to reboot your phone?  Both voice and data do not work?

 

It could be just problem with setup of the sim card on the system.  Please open ticket with PM CS agent:

at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

@Vsong1966  Also did you try to port a number to PM on activation and miss the text ? If so there a number to call Telus port team I’ll send you it private message
