Hi, I recently upgraded to a 4G plan but my Motorola Moto G31 is not connecting when it's in a 4G area, there's an x on the network icon. In settings the only preferred network options is 3G and LTE, there is no 4G option can anyone help me with this

@rwerby I think LTE is interchangable with 4G. It commonly known as 4G LTE. If you're connecting to the cellular network at LTE speed I think you're good. You can also run a speedtest by going to speedtest.net to see what sort of download speed you're getting. If it's over 1 - 3 Mbps, you're good.

@rwerby Moto G31 should work no problem on PM's 4G/LTE network
does voice work? is it just not working with data on 4G?
Make sure your phone's Preferred network type or Network mode is set to Automatic or some choices that include 4G or LTE
If it still does not work, try to click Reset all network and see if it helps
Also, since this is a new upgrade, where you got the phone from? was it from a trusted source or private sell? check if your phone is blacklisted:
