Forgot e-Mail which I used for my account and I want to change Public Mobile Plan

How do I reset my public mobile email and password so I can access my public mobile account??

You can still use your old email access your account but just click on Resend Code and have the 2FA code sent by calling or text to your phone.

Once you are in your account, you can change it in the Profile Section but if you still having problems. Just private message a CS_Agent to help you change your email and access you access at:

The email address is just a login id. Are your services working? Have you run the process of the new login system yet?

I lost access to the email address, what do I do?

When you log into the sign in page, click on forgot email.

Then this screen will come up. It will send you a link to your phone.

@Stephanie128  Use the forgot email option to see what email you have that gets email with code sent to it . But worst case you can ask support to help you with it also using this direct link.
