HI @sax-duck
what phone do you have? and are you around Southern Gulf Islands, or Hwy 14 East of Victoria?
Those places Telus has an agreement to use Rogers network and it is free. All you need to do is to turn on Data Roaming on your phone
but if you cannot connect everywhere, try Reset All Networks
if same, ask PM support , please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
If any issue with ticket submission, you can submit by direct message:

Hey @sax-duck
If you go into network settings on your phone, it will so as set to Automatic. This is what happens when set to automatic. It will connect to the closest tower. If you turn off automatic and choose Public Mobile and reboot, this SHOULD stay on the Telus tower. Give it a try.
