Canceled activation months ago, still being charged

Hi, I was having issues activating my account and decided to cancel the activation. I was assured the account was cancelled, however I have been getting charged every month since August 2024. I have tried to find someone to contact numerous times to get this resolved but haven't been able to get any assistance. If there is anybody on here from Public Mobile who can help me with this and get my account properly cancelled and reimbursed for all of the months I was charged, I would greatly appreciate it.
