I'm going to add something that I don't see mentioned yet. If you're swtiching from a more expensive plan to a less expensive plan, always have enough account balance for the more expensive of the two plans. For unknown reasons, some customres have had services suspended in the past because the payment system would incorrectly look for the higher amount.

Vouchers have already been taxed, so $40 is enough.

Hello @psysuzy , As per above, but also wanted to mention that it is $39 plus tax. So, a $40 balance with your voucher will not cover the amount needed with tax ($39. x 1.12 = $43.68 or $39. x 1.13 = $44.07). Even though you do not have a credit card, Public Mobile does allow you to use a Visa or Mastercard debit, either through your bank (directly debited from your chequing). If your bank card has the Visa or MC logo, it's a debit card. If you don't have that, you could also buy a re-loadable Visa or Mastercard debit card from the local Shopper's or Pharmaprix (e.g., Vanilla Mastercard). It's so much easier than to have to use top-up/vouchers, because you can turn on automatic payments in your online account, and then never worry about the service being suspended (as long as you keep the debit card loaded with sufficient funds).

@psysuzy log into your account subscription add on page and change plan for next renewal and not immediately or you lose money on your current cycle

You can add the voucher via the website, the app on the phone or dial 611 and add it that way.
JUST NOTE: So you don't lose any month from what you've paid for, please choose it to start on the next renewal date.
How to change plans
Log into your Public Mobile account, then click on Subscriptions and Add-ons.
Then go to Change Subscription.
Then choose the one you want. There will be 2 options. Change immediately or at the end of cycle. Change it for the end of the cycle. Meaning it will change next month and you won't lose anything you've already paid for this month.
