Failure to receive Sim card

Ordered andreceived a certified pre-owned phone. Order #305977 but did not receive the free SIM card that was advertised

If you're close to a Telus or Kodoo kiosk in the mall...see if they have any PM sims available. Then ask CSA to credit your account.

@Johnpublic76   Yes, the missed the sim card sometimes, very often  🙂

 

PLease open a ticket with PM Support and they will send it back for you.  But if you need one urgently , it is better to check with local Telus or Koodo store.  It might take PM up to 3 weeks to send the SIM card alone
