Hello guys. I cannot make or receive calls but data is working.Credit card in good standing. What could be a problem?

did you try your sim card card on another phone to test?
also, call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone and enter your phone number, check if account is indeed suspended or active

@Sandra1954 oh dear, something being going on lately. Many same complaints in the Community.
What phone do you have?
Try reboot phone, try airplane mode on and off.
Could also try to reset settings if you know how, save your passwords first.
