Eversafe login-trusted device never works

Every time I log in I choose this is a trusted device yet I always get sent a code to confirm.  This is incredibly annoying and a waste of time.  Is there a workaround or a fix for this?  I'm using Chrome as my browser.

@DDM69  mine tends to work on safari on website But always have to get code going into the  the app . . So I just use the website and avoid  app for that reason . And I prefer true website layout to the app also

Using a browser on a pc.  Not using wifi.  Not deleting cookies.  The app seems to work fine without issues.

On the app? On the website? On one wifi? On any wifi? On cell data?
Do you have the setting to delete cookies in the browser?
