On MOnday both myself and my wife signed up and both accounts were working. Yesterday my wife's number stopped working - there is no esim and I cannot get into her account because after the initial login and code it says it will send an eversafe code to her email and it does not -has not. This is an IPhone 13.
There is proof that this account is legit and the fee has been paid
Can I send you a phone number to talk me through this?
