Lost sim card

Hello hope your doing great!

so basically i were in vacation and i lost my device so my sim card also. I really need my number what can i do what are your suggestions? Can i reget the same number and connect it to an esim ?thanks for your reply

@Tamia123 if your new device is eSIM compatible then yes, you can use that going forward and still keep your existing number. You will need to install the Public Mobile app on your new device and then order it through the app, PM will then email you a QR code for you to scan which will install and setup the eSIM

If you want to get a physical SIM you can order one through Amazon for around $5 and if you have Prime shipping will be free and should arrive within a day or 2, or if you are close to a TELUS/Koodo or Mobile Klinik store you can pick on up in person and then link it to your account while still keeping your existing number

@Tamia123  Yes if your phone is eSIM compatible just log into the PM app with new phone and buy eSIM that’s it
