My phone plan is activated but the esim didn’t activate I’m trying to get a hold of someone to help with the porting process

HI @kristel   so, they don't have an ETA when iPhone eSIM will work?

I just try to bring a friend in because of eSIM , she has iPhone.  

@kristel  again, reply them and ask them to reimburse you the cost

@kristel  reply the agent and push them for compensation, refund on both eSIM and the new physical sim cost.

Honest, they will usually do that if you push.  Ask the agent to escalate

and btw, you are on iPhone or Android?

final update PM told me not possible to get esim to work so go grab a phyiscal sim card from store.

 

when i asked for a refund on the esim that i purchased last night , the response is

Poring is the second part of it , that is whether you can receive incoming calls

So, you cannot make calls or mobile data not work, right?

does your phone showing connected to PM network?

again, you don't have to wait for Porting process to cover.  If you cannot make outgoing calls now and/or you see the phone not connecting to PM, please open a ticket with support first

It seems that all iPhones, including the 12th Gen, due to software limitations need to be activated with a physical SIM first.

LOL? ALL IPHONE dont work , then why are u selling ESIMS !

i have no solution yet my boss been emailing me nonstop on why my clients cant get ahold of me !!!! this is the worse ever!

@VictoriaA did you get pass the QR code  and installed the eSIM profile? if you did , try to reboot the phone and click Reset all networks

if not, or you still have problem, please open ticket with support by direct message here:
