Esim

When I went to purchase a subscription I selected an eSIM it said my phone was compatible (iPhone 12) after my payment went through, I was prompted to download the app. After doing so it then told me my phone wasn’t compatible with eSIM. Now I am stuck on the last page of activation. I cant log in any further then this and non of the chats have had an answer

Usually in these circumstances customer support reimburses the cost of a physical sim card. Confirm with the agent first but if so and service is needed ASAP don't let cost dictate your decision. Call ahead first to determine if the Telus or Koodo corporate store or Mobil Klinik has Public Mobile sim cards in stock.

If you are in the GTA you can also try Canadian Cell Supplies for stock.

If you require a physical SIM card instead, these are the faster routes as getting one from PM can take up to a month in the mail.

To get a new SIM card the fastest routes are these.

https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/pick-up-SIM - Find a local store in your area.

Amazon - Here you can get it cheaper and maybe a few days wait $4.99
