I have been having problems with my network and the cs agent suggested I get a new esim. So I do I delete my current one and start the download but it fails. And now I am stuck with no sim card at all. No qr code was sent to my email the cs agent won't answer me now. What do I do?

for best chances of success...I suggest you request credit to your account rather than actual refund.

I paid for services and didnt get to use it because your team members couldn't figure out how to fix my network issue. So all month I've had a hard time even making a phone call. So why am I paying for services that were not working. I think I should be issued a refund for last month's screw ups on public mlbiles end not mine.

you can reply PM agent and see if they can send you the QR code, but usually they cannot.
Or make it easier, get the physical sim card from a Telus or Koodo or Mobile Klink store for $10 or get it from Amazon for $5, then ask PM agent to update the sim card number for you. If you get it from store this morning, you will get your service before end of day

@StarrSqueeze I would just get a physical SIM card and ask support to sim swap the number for you . Physical sim better then eSIM in my opinion makes nice and easy to change devices and for trouble shooting . eSIM to much of a hassle for my liking . You can pick up physical public mobile SIM card from Telus / Koodo store this would be the route I took if in your shoes right now
