Hello, my Apple ID region is set to India, I cannot change it as I have an active Apple Music subscription, hence I cannot download the public mobile app and activate my esim. I need a refund

One way around this issue is to make a new Apply ID with a different email address. Set to North American region. Login with new apple ID email and download the PM app. Once you download, you can switch back to your previous apple ID.

Hello @Vedant1406
If you've purchased the eSIM and it won't allow you to download it through the Public Mobile app, try going to your email. You can scan the QR code to get the eSIM. Or, what you can do is contact customer service, they can send you a physical SIM card and you can use that in your iPhone that has the India Apple ID. There shouldn't be an issue. Also, another thing you can do is to create a secondary Apple ID and choose Canada using a different email address. Then you can download the app and get the eSIM. Just google how to do it. I've done it to get US apps before.
If this doesn't work, contact PM.
