Can’t install eSim

Hello, I got new account and subscribed for a plan with eSIM, website told me to download eSIM in the App, but I can’t download app because I have German Applestore and to change it to Canadian I need a Canadian phonenumber 😅 

so I went to the app from my boyfriend’s phone and on the last step there was some error and it didn’t give me instructions how to install my eSIM on my phone 

is there a customer service that can send me my settings instructions for eSIM by email?

Unfortunately, if you need to switch your German Apple account to a Canadian account. You will need to pay off any thing owing on the German account first if you just want eSIM. All I am saying is that can’t switch eSIM from one phone with two different accounts. You can switch from one phone to another phone under his account. If he decided to switch. He will loss his number.

My suggestion with the SIM would be the simplest way to have use of your phone in Canada if your phone has a SIM tray. You will need to pick a new Canadian number and you will need to use your boyfriend’s CC to create an account.

You can’t transfer the eSIM from his phone to your phone. You can only have the eSIM on the phone with the PM app.

The other option is to activate a SIM on his phone and transfer the SIM to your phone if it has a SIM tray. If not then you can’t do much unless you purchase a Canadian phone.
