My email was hacked. My password was changed and I can no longer enter my email account or change my password. As a result I can no longer open my account with Public Mobile. I can't even speak with the auto help assist. What can I do?

HI @Pvmjeffries you cannot login at the moment?
Get a new email first and open ticket with CS Agent and ask them to change the login to the new email. Please do it quick to avoid SIM Fraud:

Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

You should still be able to login to here though. The email address is simply the login id. If you forgot your password to here then that's a problem.
