My data has not been working outside wifi connection, does the signal need to be reset from the tower?

@raza1 - if you do not see your data line under this area of your self serve account: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/, then that normally means you used it all up.

 

If you do see the data line there, try :

  • restarting your phone
  • toggle into and out of airplane mode
  • remove and reinsert your SIM card
  • CHECK, does your data with if you try your SIM card into another compatible phone?
  • perform a Reset of the device's Network Settings
