@raza1 - if you do not see your data line under this area of your self serve account: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/, then that normally means you used it all up.
If you do see the data line there, try :

Your data has to be turned on and check your apn settings:

Has it ever worked with Public? Is this an iOS or Android? Do you see data lines under your my data & add-ons on your account?
