Hi, there

i have subscribed $35 plan and paid with credit card about 10 days ago, where ESIM not being installed successfully after hundreds of times of trying, now I am no longer interested in joining, asking for full refund , please get back to me

Did you get some help from customer service agent? 

I will escalate your post to CSA_PM and hopefully, they can help you out or unable, help with the process of potential refund.  Expect a private message from CSA_PM directly within one hour.

your PM esim is already installed and showing in the Sim Manager screen? you enabled it ? you removed the old sim card?

yes, you can ask for cancel if you are not satisfied or PM support might be able to help to resolve the esim issue.   You can submit  ticket to PM support agent by direct message:
